Mewtwo does in fact have double weakness to Dark and Ghost types. And let us not forget, that with excellent training and lots of LevelGrinding, one can bring ones Pokemon Attack and Sp. Attack high enough to take down Mewtwo\'s defenses. Also, Mewtwo still can\'t hurt Dark types due to Psychic types having no effect on them and most of the moves Mewtwo learns through level up are Psychic types, and most people wouldn\'t think to give it Aura Sphere since they didn\'t research it.
