I removed that Gundam example. Both characters are gay, but neither seems to be a gangster. Tiera certainly is it- Celestial Being are terrorists, but they aren\'t involved in anything like drug dealing, robberies, or other traditional gangster activities.
Alejandro is likewise more of a terrorist than a gangster. At least in-series, he didn\'t seem to be involved in any organized crime either.

Celestial Being and whatever Alleandro\\\'s group called itself are pretty much terrorists, but they don\\\'t seem to be involved in any \\\"other\\\" criminal activities like drug dealing, robberies, and such. Come to think of it, both the protagonists and antagonists seemed to depend a lot on funding from wealthy allies.
