Yes, this trope needs a name change...mostly because I can think of someone from the \'\'Scooby-Doo\'\' universe who is even worse: \'\'\'Scooby-Dumb\'\'\'. Scrappy was a downright stroke of genius compared to him. Unfamiliar with Scooby-Dumb? Let me fill you in. He\'s a light blue version of the original Scooby-Doo, but with a red [[BeverlyHillBillies Beverly Hill Billies]]-style hat and he\'s literally [[TooStupidToLive too stupid to live...or even hide.]] Scooby has to guide him to obvious hiding spots a moron would see. On top of that, he contributed even \'\'less\'\' than Scrppy ever did ([[BeyondTheImpossible let that sink in for a whole]]).
