As for suicide rates, they are about four times as high among gay youths as they are among \\\"hegemonic\\\" youths, and drug and alchohol abuse are higher too. Trans people are probably even higher than that, although I can\\\'t say for sure. The he doesn\\\'t joke about right out hating them isn\\\'t a justification when he turns the very concept of same sex feeling sand cross dressing into a punchline
