Actually, Marill mouth is totally different of the mouth of Pikachu and have nothing in the cheeks AND have no neck. The face of Marill is more similar to Pichu than Pikachu. Also, thanks the white part in the chest,(Marill) ears(Azumarill) and the overall format of the body,(both) both are more similar phisically to Wigglytuff than Pikachu.
