esseJ will never go in the Stairs to the Mirror Room / Lab, while Launch can just rip the walls for ammo so you don\'t have to go into the center arena zone.
I just stood in the stairwell and grabbed stuff, then jumped out of the stairwell to Launch at her before reloading.
