- \\\"\\\'\\\'If you did something like a page just for Suisei, you would need to do the same for other members with several entries.\\\'\\\'\\\"

And how is that a problem? As I said before, many TV Tropes Characters page on other works break down the characters as such: \\\"Work they appear in -> a Group of characters -> an individual character\\\", where an individual character (provided they are important or complex enough) gets their own page. It\\\'s not a strange thing to do, it\\\'s pretty normal. In other words it\\\'s something that we should be aiming for ultimately anyway. And even if nobody else is willing to do it, I\\\'m happy to.

- \\\"\\\'\\\'The entries should be about Hololive and the content creators, or we start having random people being made into character pages that don\\\\\\\'t belong on it.\\\'\\\'\\\"

I think you misunderstood me on that one. We will NOT be having \\\"random people being made into character pages that don\\\'t belong on it.\\\". Any additions will be written into the Channel page they are associated with, meaning the total number of Characters page will NEVER be greater than the number of talents at max (it will actually be less than that since some channels don\\\'t feature any other noteworthy characters other than the streamer themselves, so they won\\\'t be needing their own Characters page).

- \\\"\\\'\\\'For example, if we allow someones sister, then we open the floodgates to people just putting up random people. For example, by the logic of Anemachi, we would need Shigure Ui because she\\\\\\\'s on some of Subuaru\\\\\\\'s streams.\\\'\\\'

\\\'\\\'Its just not something the pages need, these should be the idols and maybe important hololive staff, not anyone remotely related to hololive by connections to someone.\\\'\\\'\\\"

Em, no? Adding Shigure Ui here is illogical because she is her own Vtuber thus she deserve her own Characters page elsewhere (i.e. not under the hololive namespace). We are only talking about characters who exclusively appear on hololive channels.

\\\'\\\'\\\'Also\\\'\\\'\\\' I should point out that it\\\'s not just about random irl people. A number of hololive members also have other recurring (frictional) characters on their own channel (if you watch their livestreams on a regular basis you would know this), where will they go? Are you saying we shouldn\\\'t bother documenting them too just because they are not a \\\"talent\\\"? It\\\'s a terrible waste of writing opportunities if you ask me.

We can also do this while giving some talents their own pages; they are not incompatible approaches, it\\\'s just a matter of modularity level. There is a reason why good programmers always try to break everything down in the simplest module possible; it\\\'s not only the safest approach, but it also allows individual \\\"unit\\\" to be worked on without unnecessarily interacting with the other parts of the system. Although we are not programming here, TV Tropes will also get the same benefits, PLUS it will allow multiple editors to work on different hololive members simultaneously (on one page this is not possible due to the Write Lock system), AS WELL AS reducing the chance of write conflicts (when an editor took too long and another editor made a change before the 1st editor can save their work).

It\\\'s not a strange thing to do, it\\\'s pretty normal. In other words it\\\'s something that we should be aiming for ultimately anyway.

Those random people will only take up space within the Channel page they are associated with (i.e. a single folder within a sub-page), meaning the total number of Characters page will NEVER be greater than the number of talents at max (it will actually be less than that since some Channels doesn\\\'t feature any other noteworthy characters other than the streamer themselves, so they won\\\'t be needing their own Characters page).

- \\\"\\\'\\\'The best solution would be to divide Hololive up by generation so they all have room to be edited and kept neatly together.\\\'\\\'\\\"

Also I should point out that it\\\'s not just about random irl people. A number of hololive members also have other recurring (frictional) characters on their own Channel (if you actually watch their livestreams on a regular basis you would know this), where will they go? Are you telling me we shouldn\\\'t bother documenting them just before they are not a \\\"talent\\\"? It\\\'s a terrible waste of writing opportunities if you ask me.

I think you misunderstood me on that one. We will NOT be having \\\"random people being made into character pages that don\\\'t belong on it.\\\".

\\\"\\\'\\\'For example, if we allow someones sister, then we open the floodgates to people just putting up random people. For example, by the logic of Anemachi, we would need Shigure Ui because she\\\\\\\'s on some of Subuaru\\\\\\\'s streams.\\\'\\\'\\\"

Em, no? Adding Shigure Ui here is illogical because she is her own Vtuber thus she deserve her own Characters page elsewhere (i.e. not under the hololive namespace). We are only talking about people who exclusively appear on hololive channels. ALSO I should point out that it\\\'s not just about random irl people. A number of hololive members also have recurring (frictional) characters within their own Channel, where will they go? Are you telling me we shouldn\\\'t bother documenting them just before they are not a \\\"talent\\\"? It\\\'s a terrible waste of writing opportunities if you ask me.
