Midoriya really isn't a Base Breaker honestly. The example is complaining about AseopAmnesia about his use of his quirk and feelings of inadequacy, but thats not because Midoriya always thinks that. Other people put him into situations where he had to use his Quirk at a dangerous level, while others compare to All Might constantly. Seems like a SingleIssueWonk.
