\"While there were some advances in ancient times, a lot of these advances were relatively minute. For a long time, all we had were castles, swords, and archery. It wasn\'t until the discovery of steam and gunpowder that technology really took off, and not until the discovery of electricity that it soared as it does today. Such rapid development can warp the view of how ancient technology progressed.\"

This entry disregards the entire point of the article, introduction and previous bullets in the Real Life section. Castles, swords and archery evolved over time, were not \"always\" used, or even for that long (especially castles), and did not have the same importance at all times. Gunpowder and electricity accelerated change, but they didn\'t create it, and I\'m not sure they should be mentioned ahead of other changes like sailing, the printing press or steam (just to name a few) in terms of the technological change they brought.
