I would say it's too likely to be a coincidence to be either, but I think it would only qualify as a MythologyGag if they were internally connected through the ClassicDisneyShorts or related spinoffs (a diverse enough franchise to house {{Mythology Gag}}s for sure), or through the Zootopia franchise (not so sure).
