I'm not sure if the Sith Emperor should be considered TheScrappy anymore. Vitiate arguably so but his Valkorion persona is more of a BaseBreaker and there are vocal fans of the character it turns out. Also in regards to Episodes VII-IX the Vitiate=[[spoiler: Snoke]] theorists are just as vocal in regards to the new canon as the Plagueis=[[spoiler: Snoke]] theorists. I don't think if the character is really hated there would be a vocal group calling him to be not only re-canonized, [[spoiler: but made the BigBad of the Sequel Trilogy as a whole]].

Of course you can point out the Darth Jar Jar theory, but I highly suspect that to be more of a troll theory done for the lulz that just happened to get too much publicity.
