1) First, not every reveal is a spoiler. The purpose of the spoiler tag is to hide things like the identity of the killer in a whodunnit. It's not there to protect people who haven't read the work from learning any of the various twists the plot may take.

Second, the big reveal is that there\'s a deserted secret base with a manufactured alicorn inside of it. By themselves the name \"Daedalus Foundation\" and reference to the SCP Foundation don\'t tell the reader anything.

2) Swiss cheesing is preferable to completely blanking because at least then the reader has some clue as to what\'s being spoilered. With a full blank out you\'re pretty much forced to read the spoiler in order to figure out if it\'s something you care about being spoiled. Check out the Administrivia.HandlingSpoilers discussion page. Kuruni has an excellent example of why that\'s the case.

Here\'s and example from the Administrivia.HandlingSpoilers discussion page:

\"Big Bad: By simply hide
the antagonist\'s name
, but with remaining description visible except some really important thing that would make our readers aware
who he is
, the reader will know exactly if they want to be spoiled or not. More important, it still deliver the info even without spoiler highlight.
Bigger Bad:
While hiding whole context no longer get you suspend, it\'s still bad. The reader know the trope is suppose to be spoiler, but unless they want to be spoiled, they has no idea how this trope applies to the antagonist. Plus, the long white bar look ugly. It should be fix, but tolerable.

Ultimate Evil:
So...our reader has no idea what this entry is about,
how can they judge if they want to be spoiled or not without uncover it?
\"

More preferable still is to rewrite the entry in order eliminate the spoiler altogether, but that\'s not always possible.
