It\'s telling when \'\'Talon\'\', the same organization that partakes in abducting innocent women and turning them into remorseless killers, is far more popular than them.
Can they be considered TheScrappy? Why? We barely know the motives of Vishkar and somehow people are labelling them TheScrappy (Personally, i don\'t hate them to the point of wanting them to leave the story). At least consider HateSink before adding this.

GPM's entry still needs fleshing out, but I don't know too much about him since I discovered him only after the Repainted. I mentioned finding out where Buff Riku came from (apparently it started in Games Repainted), but maybe also figure out how Apple Dave became his mascot.
