They\\\'re wrong for coming at you violently, but answering to it with your own violence, justified or not, will just hurt everybody even more. And I feel that the whole judgement thing (which I had to think a little to even remember) is kind of justified as well because your character can do something no one in real life can: you can load the game and try again. So unlike anyone else, you really \\\'\\\'can\\\'\\\' do better. Which kind of falls more to FantasticAesop rather than a broken one, but there you go.
