Okay, this is twofold.
One is about a French pirate and his Hypercompetent Sidekick rat first mate (who has some lower class British accent I can't identify).
The other is about secret agent dogs and their neverending struggle against dog stuff like fleas and cats. No,it's not Cats And Dogs.
Both of them aired on FOX on Saturday mornings in the late 90s, but as far as I can tell they didn't last very long. Any ideas?

This isn't a lot to go on but I've been trying to figure out if this movie actually exists or not. I'm pretty sure it was western animation, probably a movie, and would have been from the 90s, maybe early 80s. There's this little girl, I think she's the main character, and she's trying to fight the evil bad guy in a forest or swampy area. It involved magic and I think she says some cheesy lines about "happiness is infinite, we can make as much as we want!" or something similar. I've tried googling it but so far no luck. Any help?

An animated show, say eighties or early nineties (that when I did see this, could have been older of course). I only remember the intro, were the premise of the show is told:
We see the Big Bad climbing a very high tower or mountain under a star sky, in order to get the MacGuffin (I think it was some crystal thing), which rests at the peak of the tower (or mountain). He can almost reach it, but then for some reason it shatters into many tiny pieces, which somehow disperse into every corner of the galaxy/universe/whatever. Now, the protagonists (normal humans from Earth???) are on a quest to gather all the Mac Guffin pieces, before the Big Bad can get them into his hands]].
My memories are very vague, so I might have misremembered a thing or two, but I thing I have successfully pinned down the essentials of this

Kids catoon that I saw on Australian Nickelodeon (no idea if it was on US Nick as well or not) in the mid-90's. Set somewhere in Africa, main character was a teenage boy (dressed in an orange shift thing), accompanied by a neurotic rabbit-man and a girl who was human at night and a gazelle during he day. They were on some sort of quest, guided by two water spirits/deities (a male and female, spoke in unison, appeared in rivers as humanoids with bodies made of water and orange/yellow/red masks) against an evil fire spirit/deity.

I used to watch this show that somehow involved banished royalty, it involved an Evil Chancellor somehow. The main character was the royalty and he got a chick with him at some point. There was some kind of magical McGuffin that was inside a large rocky place, but it was flooded while he was retrieving it and he had to leave it to escape. I think. That was an early episode, and the rest also involved getting some kind of powerful magic so that he could return home.
Oh, also it was on Nickelodeon, quite late at night.

OK, this one's for a specific character. I could be hallucinating, or this could be from another medium, so keep that in mind. There's this character in The Simpsons who's a very bad doctor, seedy. And every time he appears, he says "Hi everybody!", and they all say "Hi, dr. [his name]!"

I remember watching a cartoon when I was little that I think was on the Disney Channel at one point. It was about two cars (or something like that), an little which I think was red, and a bigger car that I don't remember the colour. All I can remember was that the little car wasn't allowed to play near the train tracks. At one point the little car decides to rebel, dons a raccoon-skinned cap and drives off to the tracks. I think he ends up getting hit by a train, because the next scene I remember was about the little car being in hospital.
I'm not sure whether this was a real cartoon or just a weird dream that I remember, but I think it was an old Disney Cartoon.

This might be a little too vague, but I'll try: The main character goes on a guided tour through some caverns... only the tour guide is just driving in circles, going through the same cavern over and over again, and calling it something else each time, and the main character never catches on. I'm unsure if this was part of a regular show or just a one-off short, but I kind of suspect the latter. I remember the animation style was pretty simplistic, with little in the way of backgrounds, and it may not have even used any colors other than black and white. I saw it as a kid, so it's probably not from any time later than the early 90's.

I watched a cartoon years ago set around Baker Street. It was centered around a group of street urchins, two in particular (a boy and girl) who lived in a boat moored to a dock. They went around solving some crimes or other peoples troubles. They caught and sold rats for some money. It had a catchy theme song. (something about "How do they munch?/How do they munch?/How./do./they./munch?") - word might be different it was years ago. Any ideas?

A very hazy memory from my distant youth, so it could be a total fabrication, but it was an animated film, or possibly series, which featured an anthropomorphic mouse, who I think might have been some kind of noir-ish detective. The one distinguishing feature I recall is that he had some kind of compartment in his chest that he stored things in, possibly clues, despite being wholly organic. That's the part that stuck in my brain anyway. Was it all just some strange fever-dream?

I think I remember this show (I'm pretty sure it was an animated short film) that had no talking in it, just music. It seemed pretty old when I saw it seven years ago. The characters were a female violin and a male...other musical instrument (maybe a percussion?). The violin was somewhat coquettish and the male was in love with her (I'm not sure if it was returned. He was a Dogged Nice Guy). Their own "families" of instruments were at war with each other, so their own pieces conflicted. When the male's father (who might have been a tuba) discovered his son's feelings, he got very angry. I think he tried to lock him away somewhere.
That's all I remember. If anyone can help out, I'd be very appreciative.

I remember my younger sister had a tape with multiple animated shorts on it, and the one I'm thinking of was about a jungle animal (possibly a lion cub) who often said "Ooh, my body" when he was hurt. That's pretty much the only thing I can remember about it, although I'm pretty sure it wasn't Disney related, and it might have been a hand-me-down from her dad.

I remember that there was a TV show I watched sometimes when I was really little...all I remember of the show is that the theme song had an old gnome/dwarf couple (not sure which but they had pointy hats) run to each other and give each other Eskimo kisses. I heard the name a few months ago but I can't think of it now and it's driving me nuts. Can anybody help?

Recently remembered this one, and trying to pull out details from my memory is like catching trout barehanded.
Animated series from late 80's or early 90's, featuring a preteen/early-teen kid who could become a big manly superhero by covering himself in some sort of goo. I remember the goo because one of the villains, a ghost or vampire, I think, once got to sample some of it and drew power from it.
The superhero was a variant on the Flying Brick, but I don't remember too much on that; I do remember that he was keeping his identity as a kid from his teammates; there was a funny scene where he was gorging himself on junk food and disguising his voice over the communicator, and barely managed to get his... ecto-suit up and going before they teleported him in.
Any ideas?

It was a show I saw when I was very young so bear with me. I recall it being about dragons. I remeber several wizards who were kinda color coded, and each one had a dragon. The main good wizard was green and the bad one was red. I think the main character was sucked into this fantasy world. I think I saw dice so maybe it was a dungeons and dragons cartoon.
And this is the only scene I remember clearly...ish. A red head strangter dressed a bit like robin hood appears. There's a short conversation and he takes of his hat, and there's a bunch of sparkles as a bunch of red hair cascades down and we see he is a she. Maybe I was the only one confused as to her gender but I think the character(s) who saw this had the same samus is a girl reaction as me.
Thinking back the art style kinda reminds me of the Last Unicorn and the old animated Lord of the Rings Movies. Am I just lumping a bunch of shows together or was this real?
I remember this show from (I think) a few years ago, and I believe it might have been on Cartoon Network. I remember it centered around a music teacher and kids that might have been his class. I remember a line from the theme song: "Washington DC, that's where life becomes a sitcom; if you ain't got no rhythm we're gonna show you how to get sommmeeee YEAH!". I also remember one episode where the kids were imagining a world without music. One kid said:"If there was no music, we wouldn't have hearts because there'd be no beat" or something like that. Thanks!
