Ya know, this is the comic I'm gonna feel weird about when it ends since I remember being back in high school when I binged it .-.

The pic on Mistaken for Racist is from the comic, but it's not listed as an example there or on the comic's page. Can someone who's familiar with the comic please take care of this? Thanks in advance; I'd do it but I have no idea whatsoever where it could be in the archives.

It looks like it's from the period where Zoe was working on her radio show. So around the end of the 2000's, maybe 2007 or 2008.

I added an example on the Sluggy Freelance page. I don't have a link to the strip in the archives.

So this is a random little question. Did Riff or someone ever explain to Schlock back when he was still running Hereticorp about what they saw in 4U city? Or how the dimensional fluxing would eventually wreck the universe and possibly end all realities? I feel like that explanation was given and ignored at one point but I can't find the strip.

I theorize that the final story arc of Sluggy will be Torg and Zoe preparing for their wedding with the last strip being the kiss. Hopefully we'd get an epilogue showing where everyone ends up in life.

[up]Maybe at the wedding we'll learn Torg's last name.

Wait, is it actually ending?

...to be honest, I stopped reading when Riff saved Zoƫ. It felt cheap.

(To be even more honest, I'm the one who called it "the one that started it all," and I'm pretty sure I was the only one then. I only knew that CRFH and GPF had both made jokes about it.)

My posts make considerably more sense read in the voice of John Ratzenberger.

It's been "ending" for the last few years. Pete's described it as (paraphrased) "he's putting the story arcs together to finally conclude everything definitively."

So, like, this is probably the last KZK arc, for instance, and we've had everything HeretiCorp but Oasis and Sasha (if you haven't read anything since the Dimension of Rain arc, that's a pretty big spoiler) definitively taken care of.

Honestly after KZK the only actual danger is the whole Vampire war thing going on. Well, that and Bun bun... and Riff... and...

There's also whatever final hurrah we're going to get with Oasis and Sasha.

I'm not sure if my mind would be blown if I remembered all past plotlines clearly without going on massive binge to reread them

Sadly, the strip dropped off my radar at least a year ago, somewhere in the side story about the gods with all of the words. One of these days, I may have to archive binge, and catch up a little.
