Troper Updates II, Part II

Went to my first driving class today. Haven't actually gotten on the road yet - I'm just learning the basics.

I did it. I have now finished watching all of Fate/Zero. Thank you for recommending that great show to me, Reiko. :) You're right; it's been a hell of a ride.

I just accomplished something I haven't done in a while: yard work. I cleaned up all of those lousy seed pods that the tree that used to be in my front yard kept dropping everywhere.

I won a Pokémon league cup for the first time today! League Cups being the highest level of competition that still counts as "local" in scope, bringing in players from all across a city.

Yep! The store that ran the tournament is also a froyo shop, so they provide confections as prizes.

This Saturday my sister will rescue look for me so I move to her house for a brief time. On March 2nd, I'll take a flight to Midland (Texas), and it'll be the first time in my life when I board an airplane completely solo. I admit I'm feeling nervous because this first-time experience will take place outside my home country, and there'll be a scale stop in the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, which is almost as large as my hometown. Good thing I speak English, though I've rarely had the chance to practice with native speakers so if someone talks to me too fast I'll be mind-blocked.

One of my mom's friends is spending the night! We're also going to a local cafe tomorrow morning.

I have put my 3DS, Switch, games and controllers to the bags, put the dirty clothes in one big extendable bag and the clean ones in a big basket. I'll be heading to my sister's house (whose house is four hours away from where I am X_x). It's going to be a difficult trip (and that's before the plane trip I have to do alone to Midland on March 2nd).

All I have to spend my time for now is the laptop.

I had a very productive night of writing at my favorite cafe. :) It feels great to get some more work done on the Egypt chapter of my new book.

… And I still don’t have proper and fitting titles for the Wales and Bora Bora chapters yet. >.< ^_^;;

I have finally reached Texas. Man, it was a stressful travel. Especially because it was the first time I took a flight alone. But at least I'm here finally. X_x

I just finished the first season of Winx Club.

I hope I get the chance to watch it again someday as well.
