Is there a way to specify a two-word creature type name?

Deathtouch granting was inspired vaguely the same way by the flavor that inspired that complicated-to-word ability that I came up with before—it's the ability to kill stuff dead. Just now that he's not going about the killing stuff dead business himself, but rather, he grants a less powerful ability to other creatures (and possibly himself) to kill stuff dead.

It's basically a 1 to cast 1/1 weenie. Assuming W/B weenie, then Glorious Anthem or Bad Moon come to mind, plus a lot of the usual weenie aggro fare.

Technically it wouldn't be allowed because "Human" is a creature type that Wizards specifically avoids using...

Really? There was quite a lot of that in Kamigawa and Ravnica...

They've started since Kamigawa.

They mostly want to avoid "sacrifice human" type stuff. I think there's an old dragon card that actually has that as part of a cost.

Not really seeing how that's worse than the generic "Sacrifice a creature" things but whatever...

It mostly has to do with the fundamentalists. They nearly killed Magic in its early days.

I'm not seeing it, given the number of Human [something] type creatures all the way up to Worldwake.

Or is it because it's a Human token?

Also, Mapi, I don't see how it can be any worse than, say, Boros Recruit, a 1 to cast (payable with any of two colors) 1/1 with First Strike.

I think they want to avoid humans being mass produced.

I notice Ally creatures have all these shiny effects that kick in when another Ally enters the battlefield. If I used that, I'd have to bump the cost to 1W or something. Notice how you're paying 4 for only a pair of 1/1's in Join the Ranks?

Eh, I'll just make it a Soldier creature token and be done with it.
