When were they trivia? I thought they were YMMV, but the banners they have now are equivalent to Flame Bait - restricting examples to the pages themselves.

Yes, that was the plan. They are tropes that will gather, collect, and breed other tropes as media evolves.
Have I mentioned what a terrible, horrible idea this was? First, the new titles are just bad. Second, the old titles were funny. Third, this terrible rename changes the entire meaning. "Artistic License" implies a justifiable change for the sake of storytelling. "You Fail X" implies ignorance or laziness on the part of the writers.
Bad, bad idea.
