It's very like the Serious Business Critique Threads- Troper A posts a character of theirs, Troper B draws them, then posts a character of theirs, Troper C draws Troper B's character, etc.

The pictures don't have to be very big or well done, they don't even have to be colored! Just do you best! :)

Oh, and a refrence picture would be helpful for the person below you, but if you don't have any, just write a descrption of your character.

So...well, there's not a Troper above me...oh, wait! TV Tropes is above me.

Like...personality, you mean? Um, she's very much a Tall, Dark and Bishoujo (minus the tallness) Deadpan Snarker. Somewhat frail and clumsy for spoileriffic reasons, has Hartman Hips.

How's this? Sorry about the crappyness. The ones on the right are supposed to be sirens. The top one's more humanoid and the bottom's more sharky 'cause I didn't know which one fitted your concept more.

Yep. All the people I draw tend to be too narrow for their height, so I thought I'd give him a shot. Plus he sounds awesome. Uncanny Valley rocks.

Just draw her how you want. I really just picked one of my pictures and threw some tropes together to get a description, so it is a little vague.

My character:

Michelo Togliari, fifteen years old. Rather skinny. Black hair in a somewhat old-fashioned style, pale skin, clothes are similarly conservative (think Victorian attire). Can move things with his mind.
