Sorry to see you go, DP. Barnaby was one of the moral compasses of the RP and Dreadroot (I always call him Deadroot in my head for some reason...) was an outstanding Deadpan Snarker.

If you guys need to keep Barnaby around, please treat him well. He's a character who is very dear to me and one for whom happy endings of a personal nature have been in short supply. For extra cookie-points, make sure he gets to have a Crowning Moment Of Awesome involving at least one or more of the following: guns, karaoke, sports cars.

Barnaby will have quite the awesome moment. If you wish, I can PM you a link when it happens to show you.

And I promise I won't screw with Barnaby; he'll be developed as a character, but he and Angela will be the two spots of light, along with Scott.

Considering that Scott has been dubbed the world's next great duelist by River, I think he might be a little important.

It would really be great if someone posted in the RP, because I don't want to have one of the characters under my control 'react' to my own post.

Also, since I'm currently trying to drag Blake into the main group, I think Evi should get one of the newly open characters: Saturday or Barnaby. I've got the basic plans for both if he wants them (I'm definately doing Ang- I mean, I'm going to be the one who RPs Angie.

One thing I can garuntee; Barnangie won't be sundered unless literally, despite my all powerful position as GM, the only way to have anything happen is to break them up.

Since the chances of that are extremely slim (everybody else will have died first, for one, making it a bit of a pointless RP if there's nobody but the two), I doubt that they'll be split.

I'll take Saturday, I guess. My parents for some reason don't like me on during the weekdays, even if all my work is done, so don't expect to see me much on a continuous basis. I'll see if I can't convince them otherwise, though.

He was a former student at the academy, and runs a criminal syndicate at the same time, which is why he has a secretary.

Same. I was going to involve some sort of rave light show when Buddy/Crash met Cyrus, but it would be wasted...

It would make Cyrus laugh his ass off if his best friend wasn't possibly being tortured/dead/whatever.

It also happened before, and River had a blast when Tokyo did it for him. Cyrus had earphones to block out the party noises :P

Wow, that... totally doesn't sound like Barnaby to me. I don't think he'd call her "Angie." Hell, around students, he'd probably call her "Ms. Rath."

Just remember, politeness is king with Barnaby. He doesn't shorten names, and uses first names only for the people closest to him, namely Angela and the late Ziggy Ferell. The only exception to either rule is Mokuba Kaiba, who introduced himself as "Moe."
