I don't know how I feel about Milton's masterpiece being co-opted as some random band's name, but that's neither here nor there. Very generic chord progressions, and I really dislike the vocals. 4/10

1/10 My only thought while listening to this was wow, this is terrible, no offense to the poster intended.

6/10 - Rating it so low probably makes me an infidel, but I still think this album only contains three truly stellar tracks, and this one isn't among them. I like Psyence Fiction more:

8/10 I love that song and in my opinion it has the most epic guitar solo of all time. If it were the original version it would have gotten a 9/10.

3/10 - It's reassuring to know bubblegum pop isn't an entirely new disease.

EDIT: I apologise for the horribly muddy audio in this video. :(

7/10. Quite good, quite good. Singer's accent gets a bit grating though.

4/10. How very twee. There are worse Christmas songs... but that's roughly equivalent to getting the flu and being told "well there are worse infectious viruses...". Sorry to be a Scrooge but... bah humbug.

Because I wanted an excuse to post what I think is the year's best music video again.

7/10. I used to love the song; I've kind-of gone off it a bit but it's still one of the best from Foo Fighters.

Since I'm crap at embedding videos, I'l just going to post this link.

5/10. Metal, in most of its forms, has never been my cup of tea, and that's mostly because of the vocals. This is a case in point. Some fairly epic guitar work going on there though.

8/10 Mew=obscure & awesome!

I saw these guys open for They Might Be Giants in concert. They aren't half bad either.

During one of their songs they pulled an "air horn solo." It was as epic as it sounds.
