I think only the caption is dicey regarding NRLEP/ROCEJ and we could pull that note without much issue. The trope is about the naming convention and the Venn diagram summarizes it fairly well.

K, I went ahead and pulled the whole caption + tagged the image to keep.

The page image for People's Republic of Tyranny references real countries but the trope itself is NRLEP. However, I’m conflicted on whether to keep or remove the image.
