She Is All Grown Up is when a character acknowledges a friend of theirs (usually a Childhood Friend) has grown up to look nice. Unfortunately, the requirement of there being an In-Universe Acknowledgement is often ignored, leading to many examples simply describing a character that has grown up. I conducted a wick check to see how much misuse there was, and here are the results:
- 14/60 were correct
- 26/60 were misuse
- 11/60 were gushing
- 6/60 were ZCE
- 3/60 were other/misc
I recommend the trope is renamed to make it clearer that the acknowledgement is required.

It's been three days. I believe we have enough name suggestions for a rename crowner, tho I recommend making a crowner for whether we WILL rename first, as I recall someone mentioning disambiguating as an option before.

I don't think the new name needs to be gendered like the original name when this trope isn't Always Female.

It has been decided that She Is All Grown Up should be renamed for clarity. Rename option are listed bellow. Vote UP for yes; Vote DOWN for no.
Saying She's Sexy Now? I suppose you could argue that it could be mistaken for a self-descriptor, but I want to put at least a little faith in editors. Though there's also Stating She's Sexy Now if you want to clarify a little bit.
