Dreamworks has made live action? Who knew?
Or at least distributed it… I mean I figured it was alright to make a thread about them either way. Their first live action movies they released were in 1997 with The Peacemaker, Amistad and Mousehunt—the third one being the only one of those three I've actually seen right now.
Thank you.

Title amended as requested.
I almost thought you were talking about the How to Train Your Dragon remake…
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.I know Gladiator is one of those. Speaking of which, that sequel should be coming sooner rather than later. And by that, I mean November 22.

Jason has come back to kill for Mommy.Mousehunt is one of my favorite films. I love films that do the Looney Tunes / classic screwball cartoon thing in live action (see also, the greatest conversion from cartoon to live action ever made: George of the Jungle).
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Small Soldiers was on repeat a bunch when I was a kid and it's one I definitely look back on fondly too.
While the one in the Western Animation section is popular for good reason certainly, I figure something to discuss the live action films—be it for kids/families or adult/mature—is an appropriate approach to take. While the Disney Live Action Thread specifically being used to discuss the remakes now almost all the time does make sense—though other live action Disney film topics would also make sense too though, DreamWorks films are given a less vague connotation certainly and the Western Animation thread also being opened to animated shows means it probably covers so much already that it's easy for the live action to get lost in the shuffle. DW's certainly had many different live action films over the years and even worked under or with different studios too, so there's surprisingly a lot to talk about even with this being the primary; singular topic.
I got my own ideas about what movies to talk about, but I want to open the floor to others too of course though. Who'd like to start us out?
