Strange choice but it could be fun. I am excited for Burton's future works as I feel like Wednesday helped him get his groove back.

I think Burton wanted to do an homage to that movie decades ago. I can't remember where I heard it, though.

So I found this interesting: Deadline has reported that Tim Burton is directing a remake of Attack of the 50 Foot Woman with a screenplay by Gillian Flynn. The Gone Girl author and Burton… interesting combination.
