Ban-Evader General Policy Discussion

As noted under Resolved Items, on the note for Launched Tropes: "Any examples the sock personally created should be reworded if possible, and rewording the description can be discussed as well if necessary, but if the trope itself is valid, there is no need to unlaunch or recreate it, per previous discussions. However, if any trope drafts have issues on top of being launched by ban-evaders, they will be discussed on an individual basis [in the BERT] per previous discussion."

Perhaps we should discuss establishing a similar policy for TLP drafts that haven't been launched yet.

Something like this:

"As with launches, examples the sock personally created should be reworded if possible, and rewording the description can be discussed as well if necessary, but if the trope itself is valid, there is no need to recreate it. However, if any trope drafts have issues on top of being launched by ban-evaders, they will be discussed on an individual basis [in the BERT]."

I mean, the TLP is inherently collaborative. If someone has interest in adopting and salvaging these tropes, I don't see why we shouldn't allow them to.
