Having never read the Adrian Mole series myself, I have a question:
It appears that in this series, the protagonist grows at about the same rate as real-life years of publication. Is it also the case for the books' intended audience? i.e. would it fit the Growing with the Audience trope?
(also, is there an actual trope for a series evolving at the same rate as it's published, i.e. averting Comic-Book Time and Webcomic Time ?)
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."
