I'm confused of what exactly happens when you release final boss of Abyss Foscari. Like Eleanor changes colors and then after boss fight fades away or something?

Oh, there was a new free update recently. I'll have to check it out later.

Look closely at the boss. Look really closely.

Let's just say there's a reason the playable version has Eleanor's signature weapons appear at certain level thresholds.

So what did Eleanor's ghost(that totally doesn't exist because ghost aren't real as loremaster say) kill her then?

Basically, the boss ripped out enough of her to absorb her powers and life. But the intervention of Luminaire allows her to hang on long enough to defeat it before she dies.

Operation Guns is out! Time to blast my way through the monster hordes :p

Dex is gonna have so much fun playing with these new ones

The new map has an interesting ending mechanic, that’s for sure.

It feels wild playing against all these classic enemies, the human faced dog and flying Zako showing up hits me right in the feels.

Wow, they brought back Newt from Contra Rebirth.

Operation Guns has caused my playtime to balloon from 20 hours to 50 and still counting. Goddamn.

Ray isn't playable. Sad the whole Hard Corps Crew didn't reunite, but if you had to excise one of them he's the correct choice.

Metal Claws and the Fuzzy Fist evolution are awesome.

Also started hunting reapers. I swear I've taken out Stalker a few times now (Thanks mine carts) but he hasn't appeared in the bestiary. Drowner's seemingly immune to pentagrams ⛧ despite what the internet told me. For shame.

You can take out Drowner with either rosaries or the stained glass windows in the area with them.
