The problem: Samurai Stories is an index about "fictional works starring, and/or revolving around, Samurai (and Rōnin as well)", per the description. However, as one of the "Works About X" indexes that spawned a Wiki Talk thread
, problems were identified with Samurai Stories. More specifically, the index was suspected of conceptually overlapping with (and being unnecessary because of) multiple other indexes, such as Samurai, Jidaigeki, Bushido Index, Western Samurai, Samurai Cowboy, and others.
Possible solutions: Either cut, disambig to the indexes mentioned, or redirect to one of the mentioned tropes.
What does everyone else think? Any other ideas or suggestions?
