Crono and Lucca are the two Lightners spoken of in the prophecy, while Schala is the Darkner. Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.
Phoenix, Maya, and Edgeworth find themselves thrown back hundreds of years in time, just to find themselves ready for a murder trial of a guy named Crono and his friends. And the time travel shenanigans don't stop there, either, as both groups of characters find themselves embroiled in a murder mystery spanning millenia.

Peanut and Grape get a shiny new aquarium! Alongside the typical "protecting it from aliens" and cash management, they must figure out the truth about a human-transformed-into-a-fish, because it wouldn't be Housepets! without an ex-human around.

The CPUs visit Babylon Gardens, and are not really surprised to meet that world's animals since sapient animals and animal-like monsters already exist in their world. They also try investigating this strange cosmic D&D game and other weird happenings, likely resulting in at least some of them turning into animals
