You are asking why Dark Fantasy doesn't show up as an index for those pages? DF doesn't have any indexing markup and it doesn't have the "does indexing" box checked on the page type window. I don't think it was meant to be an index.

The above is for the Dark Souls index. I checked the Drakengard, Berserk and Dragon Age pages, and the index doesn't show up below for Dark Fantasy. Is something broken, or is it just me?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm just confused why nothing is showing up.
