Why do we need an entire dedicated cleanup thread to a single work?

Mega Man X7 is currently on Works That Require Cleanup of Complaining due to its YMMV page being long and consisting almost entirely of complaining, natter and whining. I've made an effort to remove the most complainy of these parts, but there's still a lot left to fix.
The purpose of this thread is to remove all of the complaining, and give the YMMV page a more neutral tone.
