What would other country in Gintama would developed after Amanto Conquered the Earths in 18th Century

I just want to asked everyone here if I ever wrote Manga/Gintama Fanfiction that set on other country that isn't Tokugawa Shogunate of that world such as Qing China,Joseon Korea,Great Britain or even United States as well as comedy gag & shout out about their modern pop culture from world where Amanto never conquer their world?

such as United States which I think that would be similar to Justice Riders Universe of DC Comic but with more steampunk tone

Depends if you want to uphold a Fate-Rule and use past famous people as characters while also bring in one from the past of those countries as the main character as well.

If Gintama is Japan's "foreigner" (aka, from a distant timeline rather than country) then who would the other temporal "foreigners" be in the other countries?

Then comes the effort to mix in salvaged alien tech into their societies and see how it can be used there.

Or if the alien's presence alone causes a fracture in the space-time continuum which allows characters from later eras to appear in this current era alongside the selected ones from the past era as well...
