Seems like it's the sole diegetic musical number in the movie — though with the calibre of talents they're bringing for the rest of the soundtrack, I'm not exactly complaining.
This is a real long shot, but I kind of wonder whether they ever considered slipping in a Shout-Out to the Barbie musical number:

Turns out my country will not ban Barbie. Yay! Philippines banned Uncharted and Abominable for the nine dash line.
Now I'm curious if Vietnam only saw that part of the trailer.

I'm glad the Filipino officials were rational, as it seemed a stretch. The maps in Uncharted and Abominable were more realistic.

Seems like the usual suspects are on the attack against the Barbie movie, as Fox is parroting a Christian movie review site claiming it “ignores families” for “pushing an LGBTQ agenda.” I imagine the fact Hari Nef is a Barbie was enough to set them off.
