You can find many such ambients in the Submachine series, especially the standalone exploration game "Universe". Too bad they're not availiable on youtube, so I have no links to post.

anyone else here a fan of noisy ambient/drone? i absolutely adore it personally, probably in my top 5 favorite genres.
since i'd imagine that no one here has even heard of it, i'll list off some examples for you guys to check out if that would interest you
