I know four of them fluently (English, Dothraki, Toki Pona, and Morse Code), four non-fluently (Portuguese, Maori, Tahitian, and Toki Ma), and two technically (French, which I can seem like I understand due to all my childhood existing in locations with heavy French influence like French Polynesia/Vermont/NY, and Kokanu, which is just a newer version of Toki Ma which is itself a newer version of Toki Pona) so yes.
