Gonna be sending my reply in a few minutes! Sorry, I had a lot to do today, but my replies should be a bit more frequent now!

Splatsville - The Splatlands

Veronika manages to make her way to the parking garage, looking around the area for Epsilon. "This should be where she is… really hope I didn’t get the location wrong." She sees the van nearby and does a double take as she looks at it. "She did say that she was in a van. This should be it…" Veronika walks over to the van and knocks on its door. "You there Epsilon?"

It's currently 2:30 AM for me, so I could write one post before going to sleep, but I don't want to post complete gibberish.
By the way, if you have homework to do, don't hesitate to do that first! Homework always takes priority over this silly online roleplay.

As it turns out, the door Veronika knocked on is fake - and so are all other doors but the trunk door, which opens and lets out an Epsilon with spread arms and a smile.

"Heyyy, you made it!"

Epsilon walks up and greets the Inkling with a warm, tight hug.

"How are you doing, how's your day been?"

The trunk is unexpectedly narrow, and only has two seats on the sides, as well as a metal hatch to a compartment where the driver would be expected to sit. One of the seats is currently occupied by the shark plushie.

Veronika is caught slightly off guard by seeing the back door open. "Nice to see you again-" She looks surprised by the hug, even blushing a little bit, eventually smiling a bit. "Someone seems happy to see me."

„Yeah, I was honestly looking forward to this.“ Epsilon finally lets go. „So, wanna get right to it?“

Splatsville

”Sure, sounds good:” She smiles as she sits in the back of the van, holding the shark plushie tightly. ”Awww, this is really cute!”

Epsilon holds on to a hand rail on the inside on the van and leans outwards. "So, I tried summoning boxes in this universe already..." She snaps a couple of times at the air outside.

...Nothing happens, no cuboids in sight, besides the concrete pillars of this parking garage and a cardboard box someone left in the corner.

"Yeah, it doesn't work here. But I do know a place where it does work!"

The girl swings inside, closes the trunk door and presses a button next to the steel hatch, which slides open and reveals no driver's seat, but a lit chamber with a set of fluid in- and outlets flush with the wall. Epsilon walks right in.

"Come in here, we're going through a portal! And feel free to bring the Blahaj." She smiles.

Veronika watches Epsilon snap her fingers as no cuboids appear. "That’s pretty much what I thought." She tilts her head as she hears Epsilon mention another place that her summoning could work. "Wait, what do you mean another-"

She looks in and sees all of the inlets and outlets inside the van, feeling her curiosity grow. "Sounds good. Oh, and, uh, thanks for the Blahaj!" She smiles as she hugs it tightly. "I’m gonna name you after my friend Shiver, ya cutie!"

"Exotic Ventures has a warehouse in a high-degree universe", Epsilon explains as she presses a button on the inside of the chamber, which closes the hatch. "They trust me enough to let me set up a personal space a couple of kilometers away from it, so that's where we're going!"

Another button press, and within a single second, the chamber has filled with a strange liquid and flushed again, leaving behind nothing but an odd sensation. Once the hatch opens, it reveals a much more spacious room with lots of seats. Veronika will notice that she's weightless now, and if she looks out the window, she'll see nothing but stars.

Back in Splatsville, the van drives off all by itself.

"This is a public transport spaceship", Epsilon explains. "We're currently not in the universe where Exotic Ventures runs all its other transport ships, and this one in particular has an issue with its light system that I've assigned myself to fix. It's not a major issue, and it also doesn't matter too much if it doesn't join the transport verse within a week or so, cause EV has got thousands of these."

She pulls herself outwards and hovers just outside the portal chamber.

should I complete the whole journey to Epsilon's personal space or is there something you'd like to do on the ship?

Somewhere in time…

Veronika smiles as she listens to Epsilons explanation. "That’s pretty cool! Can’t wait to see it!" She looks around the "van" curiously, trying her best to resist the urge to fiddle around with anything inside.

Veronika looks outside in awe as she sees the stars outside of the chamber. "This is… beautiful. I’ve only been to space once, so it’s kinda like getting to experience that all over again." She smiles as she stares outside.

You can complete the journey, dw! Also, sorry this took a while! My schedule has been rlly messy lately! *~*

No worries - though you might wanna check your spelling, you've repeated yourself. FYI

"It's pretty, isn't it?" Epsilon nods. "We've had discussions about the windows on the EV forums. I've seen some crazy designs where the entire hull is plexiglass and you can look out at any angle..." She chuckles. "It's kinda scary, honestly. Though also fascinating."

She pulls herself forwards along a series of notches on the floor. "Anyways, we still got places to go! Strap in."

After doing so herself and inputting a destination, the spaceship gets moving...

...and soon arrives on a desert planet. The sand is a warm orange colour, the sky is a deep, clear blue, and despite the environment, it's surprisingly cold, though not unbearably cold.

Epsilon releases her belt and walks out, arriving at a sliding metal door embedded in a limestone cliff.

"Here we are, my personal hidey hole!"

She holds a key card to a card reader near the entrance, and the door opens. Inside, down a hallway, is a modern room with wooden decorations and lots of orange hues, with the occasional cyan thrown in for contrast - though beyond the furniture...

"Yeah, I need to clean this place up."

A pile of clothes is on the sofa, covering a second Blahaj. The coffee table carries a pile of letters, magazines, math work, and a laptop with trans-, enby-themed and other stickers on it. In the sink is a pile of dishes that, although cleaned, still awaits being returned to the shelves where it belongs. On the kitchen counter is a multitude of unopened juices, and in one corner, next to what seems to be a maintenance exit judging by the sign reading "AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY", is an electric guitar in a nylon carrying bag lying next to an amplifier, both with a very fine sandy dust layer on them.

What dominates the room, though, is the view through the window on the back wall, which shows a massive canyon with hints of bluish rock in the walls. In the distance, you can see hints of more infrastructure - power poles, steel walls, and the occasional cargo ship in the process of taking off or landing. Epsilon points at the spot.

"Off in that direction is an Exotic Ventures storage facility! They store all kinds of stuff here that can't be stored in their homeworld, because it would decay there. I'm not allowed to go near it, only request stuff from it, but we're in the sweet spot here because we're close enough to watch the facility's air traffic, but far enough away to not have to suffer the noise! EV soundproofing is excellent."

She walks over to the fridge and knocks on the door. "This thing constantly gets restocked with cold water and all sorts of juices, so if you're thirsty, help yourself! Glasses are in this cupboard." She points at it and leans on the counter. "So, do you have any questions or needs or can we get right to the math?"

Sorry this has been taking a while! >~< I’ve been swamped with schoolwork lately, but I’m gonna be sending my response this evening, dw! ^^

I've picked an unfortunate timing for this, haven’t I… Don’t worry about it too much! Next week, my own semester starts, and I intend to stick to my schedule, so my own time will be short. And you’ll get to nag me about not posting :P
