A recurring question: When is it long enough to split off a subpage?
While answers varynote , we can usually tell when a subpage is not long enough. Bring any candidates here and we can discuss whether or not they were properly split off and agree on whether or not to merge them back.

PortmanteauCoupleName.Web Original and PortmanteauCoupleName.Webcomics both seem pretty short to me.

HilariousInHindsight.Star Wars seems kinda short, while HilariousInHindsight.Star Wars Legends is noticeably longer. Star Wars currently has 6,090 characters, while Legends currently has 51,363 characters. Should the Legends examples be moved to the main Star Wars Hilarious in Hindsight page?
I have discovered in My Hero Academia that chapter 307-317 and 318-328 are listed as two separate arcs, while in truth they’re one arc. Can someone tell me can I make a new page that lists those two arcs as one

Haruhi Suzumiya, despite being classified as a Troperrific work, has very short trope subpages. Let's see how we should reorganize them. Length is in character count.
- Haruhi Suzumiya itself (9,762)
- Tropes A To E (57,813)
- Tropes F To I (32,030)
- Tropes J To N (23,409)
- Tropes O To S (45,502)
- Tropes T To Z (21,097)
It adds up to 194,1 k. Should I merge everything?
250k is the character count the Character-Specific Pages thread considers the minimum to trigger a split, so in retrospect the page didn't need to be split at all let alone into so many pages, but I don't know if it's necessary to merge them. If this were a character page the CSP thread would merge them, but there's no comparable policy for main work pages to my knowledge.

Having all tropes of a work in the same place, if possible, has the advantage of making the cleanup easier when a trope gets renamed. That's because having to copy the example and then going to edit another subpage is a pain in the rear.
Umineko: When They Cry is also an old page and it has almost the same length (187 k), but it never got a hard split.

I've already done it in the morning and cutlisted the pages.
Just a heads up. When merging short pages, please include a link or pothole to the page where you moved them in the Cut List "Reason" field. That way, people coming from external links can find the main page easily.
