Not entirely sure, but I think there's been 3. The original story and two revisions.

The first revision changed Talon's job from a toll booth operator to a loading dock worker, made Ath-Lita more aggressive and changed Talon's dialogue near the end so that it no longer looked like he rescinded his donation.

The second revision changed the final two chapters so Ath is confronted by ponies she attacked in the past and gets kicked off her sports team. Ath also tries attacking Talon but is stopped by Twilight and there's also a small part where a producer and judge admit they don't hire ponies unless they have degrees and Twilight scolds them.

If there were other revisions, I wasn't aware of them.

I believe there are too. What's funny is that I was wondering if the version I read the other night had been rewritten. However, this made me realize I read the newest rewritten version.

If you're confused about whether Terra is Faking Amnesia, I that entry did leave out the part in which she told BB "Things change, the girl you know is only a memory.".

EDIT: Granted, I do understand her reasoning behind doing so.

Fair enough. EDIT: On second consideration, that makes sense considering how that episode was executed. (Granted, it's been years since I watched it.)

In I, Grand Ruler reveals that he used to have the Rainbow/Star Stones, but villains kept trying to claim them for their own agendas. So, he decided to hide them somewhere secure so they could be easily protected. And by that, we mean he threw them out into space and hoped for the best, rather than hiding them in one or more remote & easily defendable locations within his territory. Aside from being astonishingly poorly thought out, he also did the exact opposite of his stated intentions, as leaving them scattered throughout the galaxy with no way of tracking or retrieving them ended up getting countless planets destroyed by said villains as collateral damage, including the protagonist's home planet. Worse yet, it took nearly two decades for him to decide to retrieve them, meaning that he's either wildly irresponsible (if he just Didn't Think This Through), nightmarishly callous (if he also didn't care), or both.

I haven't read the fic, but I should also point out that the first bit is essentially what happens to a few incarnations of the Allspark from Transformers, minus the scattered in pieces part. I wonder if that was the inspiration for this

I believe so since there are several things in this fic inspired (though many others would prefer something like "plagiarized") by things from other media. Granted, I had no part in writing this fic so I can't say for certain.

EDIT: Also, I know this apparently likely wasn't the intent, this made me realize I'll need to try trimming that.

Point is, I don't recall the Allspark moments getting flack, so I'm not sure this should either. Heck, in Cyberverse, Optimus realizes that ejecting the Allspark was a mistake, and plans to retrieve it again, which seems to tie into the Aesop of that episode.

Ok, though I wasn't trying to give it flak, if that's what you're getting at.

That feels kinda... sticky, even if it's a fictional scenario being discussed, like, it's not meant to demonstrate the trope even if it does. Plus it's on NRLEP.

Yeah, I'd leave that off the page personally. It looks like he just said it as a throw away line in any case.

It was describing a made-up scenario, though.

A made up scenario where he wasn't intending to present himself as ungrateful, so it's still a value judgement being made.

The next paragraph from the blog suggests he's aware that he knows that's being ungrateful.

It wasn't necessary in that case partly since I was only discussing the quote itself. Additionally, I did leave a link to it on the Quotes.Ungrateful Bastard page.

And Weblinks Are Not Examples, so, that link doesn't help at all.

The point I'm getting at is that the quote, as presented, is just taking something someone said and attributing it to a NRLEP morality trope. Even if you can justify it I still find it to be ROCEJ.

Weblinks Are Not Examples applies to trope examples. EDIT: Also, this was talking about a fictional character, not a real life person.
