The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.Interesting that they're going for a more direct adaptation this time around.
You and I remember Budapest very differentlyI just hope the director of the trilogy is involved.
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire. She's not. Chloe Okuno is directing.
I guess Netflix/Chernin Group didn't care for Leigh Janiak's '50s-set pitch. Probably wise, considering 1978 was the only entry where the period elements felt remotely coherent.
You got a source?
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.Doesn’t say Janick won’t be involved, even if there’s a new director.
The Owl House and Coyote Vs Acme are my Roman Empire.Pretty sure if she were involved, she or the trades would be letting people know.
Was excited for the trilogy when it was coming out. Still excited to watch all three some point soon and hopefully be done before the new movie too.
I still need to watch the third movie. I already watched the first two movies in the trilogy and I really enjoyed them!
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!I wonder if they’ll follow up or even mention The Stinger of the book being stolen, or do something completely new.
Everybody loves the me! I’m a great athlete! The concept alone of the three movies in a trilogy released one week after another was brilliant, so that alone sold me without a doubt.
That's what I loved so much about the original trilogy. I didn't have to wait too long for all of the movies to be released and I can just binge watch them whenever I could.
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!Be interesting to see what kind of cast they get too. So many fresh but familiar faces in the first three at least.
Reading Fear Street is some of my earliest memories. I had a TV series adapting the books (as opposed to the movie trilogy which was an original story) in my top ten list of comics/YA books that should be adapted. Maybe if this does well, a series will follow?
I mean just based on the trailer, I knew they had Maya Hawke in there just to be the first kill. That admittedly wasn't hard to figure out.
I read at my old comments about the trilogy and looking back now, it's curious how much 2 & 3 really left a stronger impression than anticipated. I'm all for more because it's a unique IP that is cheap to make and Netflix can take massive advantage of.
Where's my yummy yummy Porgs.I've seen multiple Horror slashers over the years and I'm interested to see how these hold up to them certainly.
Apparently it will now be Matt Palmer directing the movie.

Trying to decide if I watch the original trilogy weekly like it was supposed to be or if I just marathon them all in one night sometime. Probably going with the first option. Not just for the sake of time management, but because that's the format/style they were meant to be viewed in too.
If you really want to capture how it was meant to be, you should watch one each in June, July and August, as was the intent when the trilogy was set up at 20th Century Fox. ;)
Of course, that was when they were destined for theaters... so whatever.
The way it was ultimately released though was the weekly strategy on Netflix. That's why I think one movie a week for three weeks is probably the way I should do it in that case.
I was kidding
(I suspect that Lionsgate's Strangers trilogy might come out something like Fox intended these to come out.)
Bloody Disgusting has the plot, director (Matt Palmer) and cast for Prom Queen:
In Fear Street: Prom Queen, “Welcome back to Shadyside. In this next installment of the blood-soaked Fear Street franchise, prom season at Shadyside High is underway and the school’s wolfpack of It Girls is busy with its usual sweet and vicious campaigns for the crown. But when a gutsy outsider is unexpectedly nominated to the court, and the other girls start mysteriously disappearing, the class of ’88 is suddenly in for one hell of a prom night.”
I could recognise that the Scary movie films were direct parody, but then you get films that are too vague or aren’t really that funny that they kind of suck at the genre they’re attempting to lampoon. The trilogy isn’t really that scary but two and three have fun concepts and ideas that they are more enjoyable than one.
Where's my yummy yummy Porgs.
