Blood Bowl - A fist-fight and there's a ball involved somewhere

I just realized there's no thread for Blood Bowl, so I thought I would make one.

GW seems to be teasing some new stuff later this week and the Death Zone expansion has just been released.

Just to start discussion: Has anyone tried kicking a non-standard ball to their opponent yet? I'm tempted by the edible halfling ball, just because my ghouls famously refuse to pick the ball up, so a +1 to pick-up appeals to me if I can get my opponent to drop it.

Blood Bowl is an alternative universe of the Warhammer World and uses the Unified Warhammer Fantasy thread. It's part of the reason why it has Unified in the thread title.
