Mr. Gimmick! should be moved to Gimmick!, as Gimmick! Special Edition was released under that title in 2023.
Was brought up here at least twice.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupThis post was not addressed, so I'll ask again:
VideoGame.Stay 2018 was actually first released in 2017. Obviously, that means the page should be moved to VideoGame.Stay 2017, but I want to preserve the history, since there are instances of tropes being added after the page was disambiguated. Would it be okay for me to redirect the old page to the new one, or is it considered wrong to do if there's a year in the old title?

I've found two pages that might need to be moved:
- VideoGame.Encased RPG to VideoGame.Encased. There are no other pages with that title, so why is it seemingly disambiguated like that?
- VideoGame.UFO Afterblank, which I don't know what to move it to, but it doesn't seem to be an official name.
I remember making both Back to the Future and Back to the Future: The Musical as work pages. Owing to seeing the full name and to avoid confusion with the franchise and the first film, I think moving all the data to the latter page will be a good idea. I've just transferred the data over except the image because someone else put in the image and I don't wanna cause trouble. For now, we'll wait until no one else makes any other edits till we move the last bit of tropes and images to the other page.

Series. The Magicians 2016 looks like it should be at Series. The Magicians 2015, according to Wikipedia
This is the "preview release vs. full release" question again, and it seems we decided on the full release date in this particular case.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.Is this the right thread for this? Dark Red Mind, per its discussion page, was never published, so needs to be moved to Darth Wiki's Unpublished Works.
they/them pronouns. Look at my Neocities. If the case is straightforward then you can either move it yourself (see How to Move a Page) or, if you want to preserve the page history, request it here (as long as you are prepared to handle moving the Wicks).
Should VideoGame.TOME be moved to VideoGame.Terrain Of Magical Expertise (a redirect)?
Expanding TOME would also avoid collision with its source material, so it's probably a good idea.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.^ Agreed.
Was going to make a page for the film adaptation of Literature. The Wonderful Story Of Henry Sugar, realized that the page on it should probably be at Literature. The Wonderful Story Of Henry Sugar And Six More since it tropes the whole short story collection Wikipedia Amazon Goodreads Barnes and Noble Goldsboro Books
Alternatively, I suppose we could keep Henry Sugar on the page and move the rest...
There is no basis to put the 1998 series at the base title, especially considering it would be transplanting the more well-known 2000 series (and neither is the original work in the franchise, which is the manga). Both need to be disambiguated in some way, and "first anime series" works well enough for the 1998 series.
Wikipedia claims the 2000 series was subtitled Rulers of the Duel outside Japan, but it's Wikipedia and the claim is unsourced.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.I think I asked this before, but never got an answer: Shouldn't VideoGame.Encased RPG be moved to VideoGame.Encased? There aren't any other pages on here with this title, so why is it seemingly disambiguated like that?
Avatar by Butterscotch Arts. Used under license.Oh, you're the one who put it on Summary.Video Games. Yours is the only link by that name, and there's only 6 wicks to VideoGame.Encased RPG, so moving the wicks isn't hard at all, would just have to wait for mod move.
But would just be easier to not move it and put a redirect or remove the Summary entry.
Getting an answer from the page creator is highly unlikely since they've been gone for 4 years...

The only other things with the same name, are a few obscure books, like this one from 2013.
And a few shorts: https://www.imdb.com/find/?q=Encased&ref_=nv_sr_sm
itch.io lists nothing with the name. https://itch.io/search?q=Encased

Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576I want to move Series. The Haunting Of Hill House to Series. The Haunting Of Hill House 2018 to disentangle it from source material of the same name, any objections?
, those moves make sense to me
Did mine. Thanks!
I'm pretty sure Dance Rush should be at VideoGame.Dancerush Stardom with the custom display "DANCERUSH STARDOM", unless there's something I'm missing? I'm not seeing anything suggesting it was ever just called "Dance Rush".

Allcaps stylizations may or may not be worth using in running text. The page should definitely be moved, but the custom title is up for debate.
I had a dog-themed avatar before it was cool.Due to overall decision and continuous crash from computers, I moved Vinland Saga/Characters/Thorfinn to Vinland Saga/Thorfinn
However, this page still crashes a lot due to the size so I can't properly remove the old content. Could Somebody help me with the move?
This thread is for moving work pages, so you're at wrong forum.
Also I'm not sure move what to what, but Characters.Vinland Saga Thorfinn isn't large enough to be at own page and Characters.Vinland Saga doesn't display the warning (though it is 230k size), so moving is unnecessary. If it crashes, your browser is probably old?
