This thread is for combing through the sandbox namespace
and cutting pages that are no longer serving a purpose. Some criteria on what we will and will not cut:
- Okay to cut:
- Sandboxes for abandoned and/or completed projects
- Personal sandboxes only if the troper is confirmed gone, or if they otherwise consent to a cut
- Not okay to cut:
- Sandboxes for ongoing projects (page drafts, project threads, pantheon work)
- Personal sandboxes currently in-use, or belonging to tropers who don't consent to a cut
Why do this? Well, mostly to clear up space on the wiki and clear out some unnecessary bloat, as well as to clear up sandbox titles or create pages out of long-in-stasis drafts.

I've noticed that Sandbox.Commander Visor Sandbox is an evergrowing tree of empty notepads and drafts for upcoming works that already came out 1-3 years ago. Is that many okay?
Also obligatory ping to Commander Visor since some of them have a "do not edit" label, consider sending unused sandboxes to the Cut List.

So, Viewers Are Morons has some value to still be alive? The last edits were 2 years ago, and were just to fix some wicks. The last edits that were something else than wick-fixing happened in 2017.

What's up with Critical Hit? It's only had wick fixes since 2016, and it seems to be connected to Extra Effective Attack, which hasn't been edited at all in five years.

Eh, the sandboxes I left haven't been deleted. In fact, someone took my fanfic, created a fanfic article (thanks, I guess), but didn't put it in an index.

I advocated for the creation of Sandbox.Ho Yay Wick Check 2, a Wick Check for a trope that, in hindsight, doesn't really need one.

Back during the initial discussion we protested the cut because we figured someone might maybe use the sandbox. At this point though I'm not seeing much harm in cutting it. If someone wants to recreate it, it would take no real effort to start from scratch.

The only edits to Sandbox.Assassins Creed II Templars since 2014 have been wick fixes.
I found Sandbox.Good Colors Evil Colors, which hasn't been touched since 2019. Paging ~Naturalironist: is it still in use?

Also, The Woobie Re-Evaluation seems to be a project sandbox, but the majority of it hasn't been touched in over two years and it doesn't seem like it's actively being worked on. Normally I wouldn't pay it much mind but it has like 25 pages of examples that have been copied and pasted but not actually evaluated, plus other miscellaneous pages.
