Makes one think about all the other bodily needs he probably hasn't been attending to.
He probably ate with them just as a social courtesy without even realizing that it was something he had to do. Has he been drinking water regularly, though? That also brings up to mind excretory functions, as well.
Oh good, I was slightly worried he'd break the snake's neck. Which, you know, would have been a perfectly viable option, but maybe a bit more brutal then I was hoping to see this morning.
