This thread is meant to be a place for people to ask questions and request discussion about existing page images they have concerns about; this can be used to determine if a thread should be made to replace an image.
For example, questions about Just a Face and a Caption concerns, whether a picture requires additional context, whether a picture demonstrates all of the necessary aspects or a trope, or whether a trope better demonstrates a related trope can be asked here.
Does Jackhammered Conversation actually illustrate the trope?
—signature not found—I can understand what it's going for, but it's weak.
back lolI have no idea what's going on.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.There is construction going on during the conversation, but it's too far in the background to see.
I'm just a psycho, babe! Come and go out my mind. I didn't lose it, babe! There wasn't much to find. It's not apparent that construction noise impedes a conversation.
I'm thinking of suggesting an alternate image for Didn't Think This Through, which I feel illustrates the trope better than the current one (which feels highly caption reliant)

Image Pickin' BacklogDo we have permission to use Fully-Clothed Nudity? I looked through the thread but couldn't find anything and the artist Tumblr link is dead.

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadI suggest a new image for Funbag Airbag.
Humankind is like a train. No matter how powerful the locomotive is, it can only travel as fast as its slowest car allows it to.Will have to wait until a new thread
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupWhy? We don't need to replace images unless there's something wrong with them. You can just make an Image Links page.
I think this has been discussed before but is Afraid of Needles fan art? Looks like it comes from this Pixiv:

So I can't think of anything right now... meh.Scratch Damage Enemy is a plain JAFAAC, yes?
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupYup.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.Just a creepy eye and a caption yes
So I can't think of anything right now... meh.Is Naïve Everygirl just a face and a caption?
Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadNot exactly I think there's enough body language and expression there... just though and it could be improved.

So I can't think of anything right now... meh.100%
I think it illustrates a sense of wonder, but falls short of the "naive" and "everygirl" aspects. (Though to be fair part of that may be due to me getting distracted by thinking of Wide Eyes and Shrunken Irises, since Amy Adams comes this close to pulling off a real life version.)

Silver and gold, silver and goldDoes Tender Tears illustrate? In fairness the trope is a bit difficult to get a read on as a lot of the examples are just "character cries".
So I can't think of anything right now... meh.Anyone else struggling to read the text on Challenging the Bully?
So I can't think of anything right now... meh.In Place of an Eye - The trope is supposed to be about objects being in an eye socket instead of an eye, but one of the images (top right corner) looks like a picture of a girl with coral attached to her glasses, not her eye.
Yeah, that’s nigh-unreadable.
I know you’re the creator of the page, but I don’t see why that would be disqualified. It might just be part of the glasses, but it has the same visual effect, which I’d argue is more essential than literally being part of the eye.
back lolI'm not saying it HAS to be removed. I'm just asking, as someone who's never seen that cartoon, what the context is.
The installment she's in (Dream BBQ) hasn't been released yet. There's no way how anyone would know the context.
I'm just a psycho, babe! Come and go out my mind. I didn't lose it, babe! There wasn't much to find.As someone who does know ENA, there will be no context or explanation. It's a trippy, nonsensical series.
There's no indication in the Technically-Living Zombie image that the guys are actually alive. I think it's practically impossible to illustrate this trope with an image.
Humankind is like a train. No matter how powerful the locomotive is, it can only travel as fast as its slowest car allows it to.
