If he gets nominated, he's earned it. Still shocked Charlize Theron never was certainly.

Yeah they've definitely made Dante a force to be reckoned with. Fascinated to see what kind of plan for the final movie—be it the next one or the one after—they got in store.

He's definitely going to be one of the MTV Movie Award nominations for Best Villain. Provided that he doesn't lose to, I don't know, Bowser or Miguel.

Jack Black is another possible, though animated villains hardly get nominated (and I see Melissa McCarthy, Reneé Rapp and/or Robert Downey Jr. being nominated before he is too). Also, as great as Oscar Isaac is as Miguel/2099, he's playing an anti-villain rather than a straight-up one too.

Really wondering about how the bombs in the dam will be avoided by Dom and B when the next movie opens. My thinking is that while Aimes shot the plane with the others down, they survived and are able to deactivate the bombs before. Either that or the stuff with Letty and Cipher in the Arctic took place hours and hours ago and they show up to stop the bombs somehow.

Fast X's Box Office mostly came from overseas, so it did struggle financially in comparison to the other movies that came before it certainly.

The series has drifted from its roots somewhat, huh?

I think Fast Five and Furious 6 were great movies as different as they were from the movies that came before for the most part. Without a doubt, be interesting to see how the whole series plays once I start from the beginning at some point. Haha.

Been about ten years now since I took a week to binge all six of the movies that were out at the time in my final semester of college (though that excludes Better Luck Tomorrow because I didn't even know it existed back then haha). Crazy to think it was that long ago now.
