There are multiple work pages for fanfics that exhibit several problems. These issues tend to be glossed over and go unfixed for long periods of time. While this problem is also present with works pages for official works and not just fan-made content, it tends to get glossed over more with fanfics due to them appealing to a smaller niche compared to the wider audiences that official works have. Many of these issues include:
- Zero-Context Examples
- Grammar, ranging from spelling to punctuation
- Namespace, which is often used as FanFic, not the more appropriate Fanfic

Superwomen of Eva: Treacherous Web having Deadpool as a trope example, triple tropeslashing and potholing a trope name, makes me think the entirety of Superwomen of Eva and all it's 24 subworks (do they need to be on separate pages?) would need some extensive quality lookup later.

I glanced at both of those pages, and they give me "this was written by the fics' author and no-one else" vibes.
More seriously they do come across as very old pages, at least.

All of those can be cut, I think- they aren't references, they're the works existing in a Shared Universe.
I found Spellbinding Radiance while cleaning some wicks, it's in terrible shape. Poor grammar, ZCE galore, red links, type labels. It was launched over a decade ago, and you can tell.

The anti-LGBT stuff seems to be described as neutrally as it can be, at least, without acting like the nonbinary character isn't actually nonbinary.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
I was looking thorough fanfics entries related to Vocaloid, and some of them have problems:
- Looking for You in the Sky : ZCEs.
- From Concert to Chaos : excessive bashing to the villains.
Besides that, Love Death And The Zombie Apocalypse and VOCALOID Forever are unavailable. Should they be cut?
EDIT: Lost Souls Theunhappytwins is also unavailable.

New frequenter of discussion threads here: Honkai: Star Rail is full of formatting errors, tags are excessive and sloppily copied from AO3, and the sole contributor has done nothing but promote the same ship dozens of times. However, deleting the offending recs would leave the page empty. What’d be the best way to go about cleanup?

For starters, the additional tags can be deleted. That's not part of the fanfic recs template, and it might be considered plagiarism.

Wow, thanks for the quick reply! Looking at other recs pages, tags don't seem to be listed usually, but a space for tags is included in the recs template. Should I delete non-genre tags, non-genre and character tags, or all tags as per plagiarism concerns?
EDIT: Just found that the Recommendations Template listed on the page has clearly been doctored to include Language. Gonna start with that.
EDIT 2: Shit, this page absolutely violates the prohibition on copying fic summaries. Purging now.

I found a Once Upon a Studio fanfic that is being linked to on canonical Characters pages and outside of the Fanfic folder of some trope pages. That's kinda overstepping boundaries, isn't it?

That’s definitely not allowed.
EDIT: Removed all examples on Characters/ pages and sent the user who added them a notifier. I just noticed they also created YMMV subpages for the fanfic, which I believe is their own (username here is Matt 2000, and on the Disney Wiki it was created by “Mc1934” aka Matthew). What issue should I select for such a notifier?
