Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

The Arena
As soon as the horn sounds, the Bewilderbeast falls from the heavens and into the Arena as an angelic dragon. It roars at the all the tributes much, much smaller than it to declare itself as the Alpha of the Arena. It then bellows with the Red Death at a Waddle Dee somehow eating the Cornucopia, with the other giant dragon upset that the tiny creature didn't offer the Cornucopia to it as a tasty sacrifice. It snorts at the Waddle Dee, threatening to eat it itself, but the Red Death suddenly gets distracted by a conveniently giant phone nearby. It randomly smashes it to try dialing Diabellstar to help her off to a good start, for just Viking coins a day. The giant dragons then growl to the rhythm of the Xiaolin Showdown friendship anthem with the other tributes at Raimundo, as if to insult him.
Later that day, the Red Death stumbles across a conveniently giant newspaper puzzle. It tries solving it by scratching in the answers, but it gives up and looks at the answer key not even halfway through.
Meanwhile, the Bewilderbeast gets confronted by Yuuki and prepares to fight her as she shakes her fist at it, but it turns out she's just challenging it to a game of RPS. The dragon grunts and struggles to form its claws into a shape that can beat hers, but surprisingly, they tie, and Yuuki spares it in the meantime.
The Science Center, Safety Shelter
Our latest visitors crash-landed somewhere some time ago, and I require someone who has expertise in repairing spaceships to assist them in returning to their homeworld after this Multiversal crisis finally reaches its conclusion, says Ally. My estimates for it are currently erratic, but the probability of most ideal outcome happening is steadily increasing. But back on topic, do you know anyone qualified for spaceship repairs?
"Don't worry PV, I've got the bestest parents a child could ever ask for! Unlike..." Nomi sighs, "Vace..."
"Uh... what's wrong with him?" asks Juan.
"Less we talk about him, the better. Just gonna say that he's the meanest meanie of our crew, and his 'rents did terrible things to him 'fore we landed on Vertumna! Glad they're long gone, while I hope to stay as faaaar away from that guy as possible!"
"Yeesh..."
Just then, Rex calls Nomi off-frame from across the Living Quarters.
"Yo Nomi! The season's starting now, and Nemmie's in it!"
"Wait, what?!"
"Yeah! Dunno if this is 'our' Nemmie or another one entirely, but I'm worried about her 'cuz she just got trapped in a simulation of her worst fear by Butter!"
Nomi gasps. "Oh noooooooo! Sorry guys, but I gotta go right now!" They then tell the Shelter people.
"Aw, man! I wanna talk to you more and learn more about your friends!" says Juan.
"But can we watch the season with you?" asks 6k1. "I'm worried about her, too!"
"Oh, of course you can!" says Nomi. "I'm sure Rex wouldn't mind a remote watch party with y'all! After all, watching the Games is less scary when you watch it together with FRIEEEEENDS!"
Underground Bunker
"Wait... when did you last nominate her again?" asks Power. "But still, I hope she's doing alright!"
And with that, the ponies settle down to watch the season, and Bezier gasps at Godzilla being easily felled by the Pied Piper.
"Oh Solaris, this doesn't bode well for those giant dragons..."
"I wouldn't be surprised if the Red Death gets slain again by tributes the size of Hiccup!" says Power. "Besides, David vs. Goliath scenarios are dime-a-dozen in the 'Rena!"
"I know, but still!"

Swain and Nomi have continued flipping through the channels, and Swain is losing his patience. “Good heavens, how long have we been at this? I’ve fallen asleep so many times.” Nomi looked at him with a sympathetic expression, still clicking buttons. “Yeah, me too. Maybe should just- IS THAT ANEMONE?!” Nomi eagerly points at the screen, but it switched to man shaking a cue-ball against a tree just as Swain turned his attention to the screen. “My dear, that is not an “Anemone”, whoever that is. That appears to be a Shuriman. What is he doing so far out of his country?” Nomi made a little face of annoyance, and said: “No, silly. (Swain made a face at this) Anemone’s one of my friends from back home! But everyone calls her Nem. You should’ve seen it! Someone trapped her in a simulation of her worst fear!” Their expression became sad. “She got away from her boyfriend Vace a few weeks ago. He was really mean to her, and he isn’t the nicest guy in general. I think it got something to do with his parents. Maybe that’s what she saw.” Swain tilted his head a little. “A shame. Anyways, aside from that sad story, that Shuriman interested me. He doesn’t look familiar, and he certainly isn’t Samira. I am intrigued by this little show we've stumbled upon.”

Uh, gee, not much! We're just a band! (Jabberjaw says.) 'Less you count that time we made a time machine work. The guys with Speed Buggy might be better at it 'n us and they aren't even here!

(As the stranger continues to sit nervously in the restaurant, Lex and Mavis are again in their inn room.)
Hey, Lexie, come look, those other two Nidos are back on the set again! (Mavis says.)
I can't come look. I'm in the bath! (Lex calls.) What are they up to?
Some Drilburs are following the other Nidoqueen in a strange machine and the other Nidoking somehow made some wild Hyper Beam using a pie. (Mavis says.) Not anything super remarkable yet.
Hrm...I'll be just another few minutes. (Lex says.)

Rouki kept on assaulting Discord, intending to not let him get up in any way.
Rouki: You indeed better hurry with the rescue, Gem.
Then Knox came in with the bad news of the X, Rouki, uncaring about the lives of others just chuckled.
Rouki: Guess I'll kill a few things after all. I must say holding myself back has limited me greatly. Time to show what I'm made of.
Corrutped Quarters
Bale was busy removing the shards from himself as he looked at Applejack and followed what everyone else was thinking.
Bale: We should move towards an exit, you and other prisoners will be safe soon. Be careful for now.
As he noticed he wasn't bleeding much, Darrgon spoke to him.
Darrgon: Luckily our share of power allows your body to be more resistant to damage in general. Do not push your luck still.
Bale: And yeah Scipion, you helped but please do mind us next time.

Sometime earlier, after the Library assault
Lucina felt dizzy as she woke up, she had last remembered beng overwhelmed and nearly killed before falling into unconsciousness.
Lucina: Huh? Am I at the shelter?
Diny: That would be correct, Lucy.
Lucina: Xochi! What happened?!
Diny: It appears the attack at the Library was too much for you to handle and eventually fell unconscious out of exhaustion, enough that once it was resolved I had to bring you here quickly. You can thank Ace for getting you out in time.
Lucina: Really? No way... I was barely of use here.
April 20th
While it was Lucina's birthday the recent events and all she went through took any enthusiasm out of her. She'd vowed to never lose or fail again and yet her life was now an endless line of failure after failure. Even if others had celebrated her as Diny tried to start a small celebration for her, it wouldn't have worked to cheer her up, as she simply sighed at her feeling helpless among the chaos.

The Arena
While Ghadius trembles in fear of the Red Death's scales, the Bewilderbeast joins Dark Dark Boo and Caine's band in a musical match against Kong, Diabellstar, and Kairi. Dark Dark Boo rapidly builds a giant instrument for the dragon with the Super-Speed he got from the yellow syringe at the Bloodbath and gives it to it, and it accidentally blows the opposing team away with the instrument's extremely loud noise during the Battle of the Bands. Somehow, they survive this, but the judges declare them the winner for playing a more appealing song for them.
Then next day, the Red Death joins Attila Soul, the Marathon Concept, Nepgear, and a Lamball's superhero team and asserts its dominance on them, threatening to eat them if they don't bring it food. Meanwhile, the Bewilderbeast harnesses its angelic powers to bestow "Carlos Luck" upon Mersault, whatever that means.
Underground Bunker
"No Ich, I was busy visiting the Library with Dave that season to cheer 6k1 up on her late birthday!" says Power. "I only caught its finale, where a Moldbygg got 3rd Place!"
"But you could've asked 6k1 or Ally for the recap, right?" Star snarks.
"Oh... oh right... I did ask the latter for it while 6k1 was busy testing her robo-tentacles that Ichi gave her as a birthday gift."
The eldest sister raises an eyebrow. "So you actually forgot about Harley that season."
"Hey, you know Ichi was just kidding, right?" says Moon.
Power smiles sheepishly at him. "She legit slipped my mind that time, really..."
The ponies continue watching the season, but Power notices that Raimundo, despite his tears, passed an exam in a school that resembled a former nom school.
"Um... Ichi? I think I should call Paper about this..."
"Who's Paper?" asks Bezier.
"She's my art clone who's running the Art School in the Arena. I haven't heard from her for quite some time, but I know she and her staff are hiding from Dark Stanford as well."
"Wow... you can clone yourself that way?"
"It's all part of my art magic, and I'm sure you can do that too, Bez!"
"Oh man, imagine me filling this room with Bezzy clones!"
Moon, Heart, and Miranda laugh while Star and Trial playfully shake their heads at him.
The Science Center, Safety Shelter
Do you think we can attempt to contact them? Ally asks Jabberjaw.
"Really?" asks Nomi. "I thought they can never be redeemed! At least, that's what I learned growing up on the Heliopause... but one moment, lemme go to Rex..."
They pause the video call, and 6k1 tells Stacy, "Good thing you still have hope for Les and Reba since Wanda's trying to rescue them despite them mistreating her in the past!"
"What?" asks Juan.
"I don't recall all the details right now, but Old Justice was with them in Belissima before they were kidnapped, so I'll go ask him."
She goes to his bunk bed and gently wakes him up from his Senior Sleep-Cycle.
"Eh? Wassit ya want?" he asks groggily.
"You were with Wanda's family before all this happened, right?"
"Yeeeeep... what about 'em?"
"Juan's wondering why she's still trying to save her parents from Dark Stanford when they abused her long ago."
"Hmm..." Justice thinks hard, "ah, I remember now! They genuinely realized what awful parents they were to her when they had a nightmare where they were body-swapped with some of their kingdom's commoners they mistreated. But when they reunited with their daughter, she was distrustful'a them, so I helped 'em reminisce the good times they had before the abuse happened. I also made sure that Les n' Reba showed legitimate proof of their atonement, and they were mendin' fences with her up until that evil Stanford took 'em away!"
"Ah, I see! Still hoping they'll be back safe and sound!"
"Same here..."
6k1 thanks Justice for the info and returns to her group to tell Juan about it.
"Oh wow, good for them! Hoping for the best, too!"

Mimi and Dupe follow Nozomi's family to where Ally is.
"You didn't quite answer my question..." says the former. "Since you said that you're travelers, are you nomadic or do you have a place you call home?"
Dupe nods and mews.
"He says that he came from Hawaii, while Mom said that one of her old nominator friends (may he RIP) found my egg in a lush jungle planet!"
Meanwhile, Ally nods at Nozomi. I shall inquire Jared Spivey about it.
She then looks for him to ask him if he can call the Scooby Gang about the Multidimension Drive.
Nomi resumes the video call and shows 6k1's group a large holoscreen in the middle of the Living Quarters. A shirtless dog-eared man
◊ and a young adult with blue-and-yellow hair
◊ are lounging on the beanbags, and the former beckons Nomi to sit with them.
"Who are those people on your holopalm?" Rex asks them.
"My nominator and her Panem friends!" says Nomi.
He peeks into the frame and wiggles his ears at them.
"Heyyyyy guys, how's it hangin' back on your Earth?"
"We're doing just fine!" says 6k1 as she and Juan settle down on the same corner of the main room and let PV and Stacy join them.
"Is Nemmie alright?" asks Juan.
"You mean Anemone? Of course she is! You just missed the part where she escaped that simulation of Vace!"
Sol nervously nods in agreement, remembering when they convinced her to break up with him because of his abuse on her. They're still unsure if the one in the Arena is the same one they know, but perhaps they should call her later just to be sure.
Rex then moves aside to let 6k1's group watch the season with his friends. They see alt!Anemone have a sandwich for dinner, and then greet Neptune a Merry Christmas the next day while wearing a Halloween costume.
"Do you guys even celebrate those holidays there?" asks Juan.
"Not really other than Valentine's Day during Pollen Season," says Rex.
"But my favorite Vertumnan holiday is the Vertumnalia Festival every Early Dust!" says Nomi. "We have a biiiiig harvest feast during that, and we participate in various contests such as my favorite... da-dadada! The Trivia Conteeest!"
Sol nods again, for the Festival is also their favorite holiday.
ZDR
Corrupted Quarters
Lapis returns the air gem on the ground, reverting to her normal self, and shrugs at Freyja.
"These gemstones could help the others in a pinch, but they're not for me," she tells her.
She then glares at Scipion. "Not even Amethyst is that reckless with her moves! But thanks for saving her, I guess..."
Meanwhile, Rarity wakes up screaming when Veena bites her. She looks at her matted mane and pelt, but despite her wounds being healed, she still freaks out.
"OH CELESTIA! Where am I? What happened to meeee?!"
"Calm down please..." says Lapis as she carefully escorts her to the other ponies. "We'll get you out of here soon."
They nod at her and follow Kaidan and the others to the exit.
Teleporter Room —> Outside
"Thanks for that!" says Peridot as Rivet helps her control the Perizoid to restore Knox and Discord back to their normal sizes.
However, Discord is still transparent due to having forcibly exhausted almost all of his chaos magic, and he snarls at Rouki still hitting him and swats him away.
"Hey, what's the big idea, you idiot?!"
"Long story," says Peridot, "but we gotta get you outta here before that CLOD of a bird person wipes out all of us as well!"
He tries teleporting himself out, but fails, and then looks at the other Gems going onto the telepad with the other ponies.
"Alright, little Dorito, lead the way."
"Gee..." Peridot rolls her eyes, "never heard that one before..."
They meet with the other Crystal Gems, who sigh at their scheme with the Mawkin almost working.
"At least it was a worth a shot," says Garnet.
Pearl then sets the telepad's direction to "OUTSIDE" and warps themselves, the Equestrians, and anyone else who joins them. Once outside, they start making their way to the ship.
Looniversity Classroom
Aaron's Hyper Beam blasts Twilight right into the stained-glass window, charring part of the flower garden too, and she slides down to the floor. Her bracer nearly comes off, and it would've fallen off completely had Aaron Mega Evolved when he blasted her. Despite the glass shards stuck on her body, she slowly gets up and tries summoning a magic barrier around herself, but it falters, so she resorts to firing small, spread-out projectiles at him instead. Connie quickly bats them back at her with her sword, hoping to hit her bracer with them.
Meanwhile, Spike sniffles and futilely reaches his claw out towards the trapdoor as June rushes over to her sisters and their friends. He sees Flash following Sabre and Tricky and asking them where they should go from here.
As for Bismuth, she gasps at CAC taking Tokage's callout to him surprisingly well.
"I was gonna say that not telling us the whole truth about your feelings still counted as lying... but honestly..." she continues crying, "you're taking this far better than I did back when Steven called me out for giving him the Breaking Point!"
She takes a deep breath.
"When he told me that destroying all of Homeworld with it wasn't the right way to save my kind from them, he reminded me so much of Rose, I thought he was her! Just like her, I thought he didn't care about my plans at all, just 'cuz he disagreed with me! So we fought over it, and then I told him to shatter me with it... because if neither he nor Rose cared about me, then I was better off with my fallen comrades back in the war! I lashed out at him for not going through with that either and I tried shattering him with the Breaking Point... but then he poofed me with Rose's sword!"
Just then, Steven approaches Bismuth and CAC and pants as he goes down to his knees again, tears still streaming down his cheeks.
"Oh god, CAC... I thought you were gonna do what Bismuth did to me back in her forge! And yes... that was all real... I had to defend myself from her, but at least I answered for Mom by telling the other Gems what happened between the two of them..."
"And when he unbubbled me long after that, he explained why Rose rejected my plan..." Bismuth sighs. "Her strategy to liberate all of Gemkind was such an absurdly complex one, it would take forever for us to explain it all now... but I finally understood why my idea was a BAD one! I realized that in a way, Steven and Rose cared about me after all!"
"Yeah, there are better ways to deal with bad guys than killing them without any questions! Not sure if that would apply to our adversaries up ahead, but still. And CAC..." Steven catches his breath, "...we were not going to kick you out if you told us about this before we left! You saw me being upfront about my own mental disorder, didn't you? The others understood me and watched over me the same, and I even took my meds before we left! Sure, I came this close to turning into Stevenzilla several times, but I'm still trying my best to save everyone, not to prove anything to those back home, but because that's just the right thing to do!"
He then looks at the others still fighting Twilight, and Connie gets knocked back by one of the alicorn's projectiles.
"But Tokage's right... we're all getting tired from this mission. I understand that right now, you don't want to give up, but..." he looks at Oscar coming out of the trapdoor, "I think you should help the others get the prisoners out of here instead, and rest with them. I and those who can still go on will fight Raven Beak and Dark Stanford for you, promise!"
Bismuth then lets go of CAC.
"But look how far we've come... how far you've come, man! And if you're truly becoming the hero you wish to be... then why don't ya help 'em save Twilight now?!"
She pumps her fist and gives him a determined grin.

This calls for drastic measures! Ronny shouted before running out of the room and running back in with a fire hose. This might hurt a bit, won't lie. But maybe this will clean that stuff of you.And before Caedia knew it, she found herself getting hit full blast with a powerful jet of water. But then the hose wiggled itself out of Ronny's hands.
Everyone duck!
The hose jumped around everywhere, spraying water in all directions. Barnes came in. I will announce that dinner will be- OW! Barnes didn't even get to finish what he was saying as he was blasted back into the kitchen. Ronny crawled on the floor, trying to get back to the valve to turn off the water.

Hotel Room, 5th Floor
Some time has passed, with both Swain and Nomi falling asleep at different times. Both are awake now, however, and Swain enters carrying a tray. “Well, I didn’t want to go downstairs and risk getting caught squatting in a room, so I just took this tray I found outside a door. Would you like some?” Nomi turned to look at Swain and nodded. “Yes yes yes yes I’m staaaarving! How long has it been since we’ve eaten anyway? Anyway, nothing much happened since you left. Noxus doesn’t have any holidays, at least none I can remember. I don’t have much time for feasts, not when you’re conquering nations.” Nomi grabs something from the tray and begins eating. “Well, I don’t know what it’s like to conquer nations, but I do know that holidays are really fun! Makes me miss home.” They sighed a little, before Swain added: “If it helps, I miss Noxus as well. Seeing my nation before me stirs something in me. It inspires me, if you will.” The two then began eating and talking about Noxus and Vertumna.

But things weren't over yet. Aaron thankfully dodged Twilight's projectiles with the help of Connie, leaving CAC to remove the bracer.
As this was going on, Tokage noticed Oscar emerging from the storage room.
"Oscar!! What are you doing, get back in there!" Tokage exclaimed, worried for their safety.
Tokage calling out Oscar's name was enough to distract Aaron as the Mega-Lucario turned in his direction. Fortunately, CAC was taking care of Twilight in the meantime.
Oh gosh, Lucian! Aaron thought, feeling Oscar and especially Lucian's auras. The latter hadn't emerged out of the storage room, and he was still miserable.
Dropping out his mega-form, Aaron ran toward the trapdoor and fully opened it. Lucian was behind Oscar, still sobbing.
"Lucian..." Aaron muttered, heartbroken.
"A-Aaron..." Lucian whispered.
With a heavy sigh, Aaron pulled Oscar and Lucian into a tight hug.
"Oh no... Lulu needs our help. He's panicking." Alex said, as Tokage helped him to get up.
"I agree. Come on girls." Tokage said, nodding at the Zoroark sisters.
"Hey!!! Not all foxes are bad! Our Stanford was in charge too, and he is a nice guy! And we have some in our crew!" Nick said to Shepard as well, referring to June and her sisters too.
"Hmm... I agree a bit with Shepard. It took a lot of effort, but the Mawkin were able to seal the damn things in that Elun place. Strange that they got defeated so quickly. Reckon they must have be caught by surprise completely, or the X were just that hungry to go all out." Arthur suggested to Saheeli.
"Save that for Dark Stan and Raven Beak. Even you had trouble with Blood Moon, you can't take hundreds of those monsters at once. One day that arrogance will be the death of you." the Decidueye then coldly said to Rouki.
"But you just gave me an idea... The Mawkin were not "made" to fight off the X, but the Metroids were! And we just happen to have a friendly one here, somewhere!!" James exclaimed.
"Oh yeah, Squishy. Man, we still haven't found him. Then, best we get moving."
"I agree that we must start evacuating. We still have other prisoners in the other rooms and those mutants. We must be fast before the Evil Stanford notices that his plan has failed. Once all are in the ship, from there, we must regroup and we will see how things go. Perhaps some of us will need to leave." James proposed.
"Then I'll stay here and tell the others about that telepad. Someone has to. I'll join you when we're all out." Arthur volunteered.
"Sounds good to me. James?"
"Very well. Watch yourself, dear Arthur. We will see you soon." James said.
Thus, Arthur exited the Teleporter Room back into the hallway where everyone had been before the ambush, while James and Nick followed the others back outside with the Telepad.
Back in the Corrupted Quarters, Scipion rolled his eyes at everyone's remark but didn't say much as everyone exited the room. They would bump into Arthur, inside the hallway.
"Thank fuck you're here..." the Decidueye sighed in relief.
"You too, huh?" Freyja asked, folding her arms. She had noticed that he was more exhausted than before.
"Yeah... We had to deal with Discord, of all people, alongside two of Twilight's friends."
"No shit. We had to face him too with two of that pony's friends! At least, a mini-one." Scipion said.
"And where are they now?" Onox asked.
"Outside. My team and the others had already started to evacuate with the telepad in the room I came from. One of the Rookie and Ball also left to gather the mutants. We're taking them with us too." Arthur explained.
"That's good I guess... But there are still some people missing." Freyja pointed out.
Arthur widened his eyes.
"Shit. The Rescue Squad and CAC. Don't tell me they got ambushed too?"
"I don't see why they weren't." Fryja said with a shrug.
"I swear, if that idiot and the others got killed out there, I'm gonna be disappointed." Scipion snarled.
"Shut your smart mouth, will you? We need to check on them now." Arthur said.
Back outside, James and Nick followed the Gems and Disord's group toward the ship, without trouble.
But they weren't the only ones.
Two Chozo figures approached at the same time. The first one, people would recognize easily, was Fire Eyes. As for the second one, Blood Moon, he was still looking like a Chozo zombie, struggling to breathe and crawling slowly instead of properly walking. He also had Power Bombs in his claws.
"...You..." Blood Moon weakly grunted as he slowly raised his head to face the heroes, not happy to see them.
"Oh my... Is this Blood Moon? He does not look... well, well. And what is he doing with these bombs?" James whispered, a bit afraid by the venomous look of the mad Chozo.
"At least he hasn't try to kill us again... I think. I hope Knox was right." Nick answered before looking at Fire Eyes.
"H-Hey, Fire Eyes."
"I am happy to see you are all right." the other Mawkin answered with a nod.
"What are you doing here...? You are supposed to get to Raven Beak." Blood Moon interrupted before coughing hoarsely.

The Arena
That night, the Red Death finds a giant hat and puts it on, but the hat falls on its face. It roars and shakes it off its head, but its "teammate" Attila Soul tells it to put it back on because it looked better that way in his opinion. The giant dragon just snarls at him and leaves.
Meanwhile, the Bewilderbeast finds an equally giant guillotine and lures the Nidoqueen into it before releasing the blade down to her head.
The next day, the Red Death growls at Aang, somehow causing its noise to appear on its scales as zigzags, while the Bewilderbeast hoards up some of the tributes' laundry. Just as the latter pushes the pile into a swirling vortex of soapy water, Captain Crow (who may or may not still have been shrunken since the Bloodbath, but that made no difference to the giant dragon) throws a red sock into it, staining all the clothes pink in the wash.
The Science Center, Safety Shelter
After Dupe and Mimi see Ally, Jabberjaw, and Chikao go off to find Jared, the latter's antennae droop at Nozomi.
"Why not?" she asks her. "Can you at least keep it a secret between us?"
Dupe mews concernedly.
"He says that we won't gab about it to anyone like his cousin Nosy, except to 6k1, promise!"
Dupe continues mewing at Keitaro.
"Anyway, my big bro here and I traveled together to Equestria, the Mystery Dungeon World, and Uncle Dave's Home Base on another planet! The first two worlds would've turned us into Equestrian creatures or Pokémon, respectively, but 6k1's tech protected us from that!"
Dupe ponders what his Pokéform would've been back at Scipion's party. He guesses that Mimi would've been a Shiny Munchlax, but even after the Paldean and Kitakami mons have been discovered, he still doesn't know.
Suddenly, Ally glitches out in front of Jared and her eyes display BSODs.
WARNING: Database successfully breached by the Captain. All 877 unique tributes registered in the Database as of Season 15 (when considering group tributes) successfully data cloned and sent after Ikkou Kasumi.
She quickly moves away from him to debug herself, and then registers the result of the event in her Databanks and returns to Jared.
Apologies for the inconvenience, as 6001 would say, "these tributes always find ways", but the good news is that Ikkou Kasumi survived the attack. It is unnecessary to worry about me because this is NOT like when the E.M.M.I. overrode all of my reserve vessels' security systems during its invasion. However, a long time HAS transpired since the last successful Database breach. Additionally, it has not been updated for such an extended amount of time, but that many tributes attacking Ikkou all at once is still impressive.
Anyway, I believe the father of Johnny Quest might be knowledgable enough to repair our latest visitors' spaceship. Do you have his contact details?
"I'm 6k1, Database Manager and Head Librarian of the Database Library, and this is Polar Vortex." She gestures to the polar bear.
"While I'm her male counterpart Juan."
"Nice meetin' ya!" says Rex.
Sol then joins the conversation but raises a brow at Juan, Stacy, and Jimmy.
"What kinds of names are those?" they ask. "I only heard of them in holovids!"
"Seriously? You find them weird?" asks Juan.
"Yeah, 'cause my name's Solanaceae, or just Sol!"
"While I'm Basorexia, Rex for short!"
"And I'm Nomination, but you know me better as Nomi-Nomi!"
Deep down, Sol remembers that they did go by a "common Earth" name in some of their past lives, but they keep that a secret for now. They then continue watching the season and see alt!Anemone bonding with Rohan after he gives her his number. She tells him to tell someone that "wisdom has been chasing them, but they've always been faster".
"Well, that was awkward..." says Sol, "but I hope she gets along with him!"

Eventually, Nomi decided to humor him and say: “Wow, Noxus sounds really cool Swain!” Even though it sounds like a carbon copy of the Helios, they thought to themselves. At least Noxus seemed more willing to have fun. Swain smiled, though Nomi wasn’t sure if he caught their disinterest. “Yes, I suppose Noxus is what you’d call “cool.” But enough about me. In between watching these little death games and myself, I don’t think over heard much about you, even though you have told me plenty. Anything else of note?” Nomi smiled. “Not really! I already told you ‘bout all my friends, and who I am, and what I like to do, and- ooh! Did I tell ya that I’m makin’ a holonovel? It’s like a video game, ‘cept you can interact with it more, and it’s gonna be sooo cool!” Swain’s expression was unchanged, though he did seem to be amused by their excitement. “Interesting. I hope it goes well. Say, do you think the staff ever found out about the key you stole? If they do, I could just simply “lose my temper” like I did at the restaurant so we can get away. I do hope that doesn’t happen. This room is quite comfortable, and I enjoy watching these games.” Nomi chuckled. There’s no need to go all “Super Saiyan” on the staff. Besides, they probably haven’t found out. And yeah, this show’s pretty cool. I get to see my friend, and you get to see the Shurima guy! So it’s a win-win!” “I’d guess you could call it that.”

The hose exploded, sending water gushing in all directions. Pushing Ronny and everyone out of the room into the hallways in a flood. SNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWW!!! Ronny shouted, finishing his curse as the Castle now started to turn into a bathtub. Ronny wasn't sure if he should open some doors or find a rubber duckie.

They do not attack and simply turn to look at the Rookie and Ball when they arrive, emitting strange noises.)
