This is mainly focusing on "awesome," but

Even though the voice he's doing is a little strange, and even though this is a parody, I feel like there are parts of this video where he's doing a genuinely great Joker performance.

There's the part where he wants to cut the bread, so he has four different chainsaws lined up and excitedly says "this one!", then it cuts to him chainsawing the bread while laughing. That is really in-character for Mr. J.

There's also 0:58, where he tenderizes the meat by punching it with boxing gloves, again while laughing. I don't know why, but there's something so perfect about the sound of this particular laugh.

I feel like, if this guy was casted as the Joker in a legit DC work, he could easily nail the traits of both "funny" and "downright terrifying."

Bumping this thread. I just remembered a commercial that I liked.

I remember some time in the early 2000’s, there was this service where you could sell your old computer/video games for cash. In one of the commercials for it, there was a soldier fighting space aliens. Then the fighting stopped, and the player character said that he was going to sell the game soon. One of the aliens looked rather understanding, and then he offered to make their last fight together a good one, which they did.

It’s one of my favorite Heartwarming Moments. :)

One of those annoying Youtube ads about fake games was unexpectedly beautiful. A wolf pup is being abused by birds of pray and the poor pup was whimpering so realistically. The player character rescues it.

A Snow White Christmas, a cheesy animated movie that I learned about from Phelous, has a surprisingly haunting villain song.

Seriously, this song is beautifully tear-jerking, from the melancholy guitar, to the minor-key melody, to the singer's soft voice. It's a crime that this song is so short.

I don't know why, but a picture of Apatosaurus that I really liked when I was a kid just popped into my head. And it's still as awesome now as it was back then.

This is a bit more dark and less happy but this entry on You Are Better Than You Think You Are.

• In Healin' Good♡Pretty Cure, Nodoka is suffering a crisis of conscience as she ran off in terror when Daruizen asked her to let him return to her body to heal after King Byo-gen did a number to him. Nodoka's fairy partner, Rabirin, confronts her and asks if she honestly wanted to help him. When she tells her no, Rabirin reassures her that it was perfectly okay, that she had no obligation to help anyone she felt didn't deserve it, especially anyone who brought harm to her.

This was one of the best moments of Precure ever. IT IS NOT a crime to not help or forgive someone who has done nothing but harm you and you are not awful for putting yourself first.

I just saw something that’s very cool because of how amusingly opposite it is. XD At the movie theater I went to, the outdoor posters had a good magic guy (Willy Wonka) next to a bad magic guy (King Magnifico).

Remember when Moral Guardians were making a fuss about the Animation Domination High-Def block on Fox and the raunchy Scientifically Accurate series on their YouTube channel? Well, the same YouTube channel has the following three wholesome songs with positive messages, all of which feature the same character: "Things I Like When I'm Depressed", "Cat Song" and "Everyone is Lonely".

I think differently, this sort of speech is ANATHEMA to Dragon Ball. That means like there is NOTHING more unlike it. It sounds superficially cool but that's it.

Ok I am going to gush about something to not ruin and derail the thread.

HuGtto! Pretty Cure is not an awful show, in fact it is awesome, but so much warm and inspiring stuff that it makes you forget it's a toy commercial for little girls.

Hugtto in Particular is beyond beautiful.

Dunno how much this counts, but I thought of this thread with it.

There's a bit in one of Vargskelethor's famous Windows Destruction streams where he recalls a conversation he had with his father as a kid.

"Dad, what is technology?"

"It's magic, Joel, it's magic."

I think about this bit a lot because it's silly, but a couple days ago after having a particularly nice session in VR Chat and meeting some very kind people, that line floated back into my head. Like, technology really is magic in that it can connect us from all over the world.

"Don't cry because it's over, cry because it happened."

I hopped on over to Deviant Art to check on something... and I found this great piece of artwork for my fellow Dragon Ball fans. :)
